The Ochsner Andrews Sports Medicine Institute represents a major investment in the future of orthopedic care, bringing together Ochsner’s nationally recognized sports medicine program and the expertise of renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. The expanded facility provides a comprehensive environment for advanced orthopedic treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, and sports medicine services.
The project includes a 17,200-square-foot renovation of the existing orthopedic facilities and a 14,000-square-foot expansion dedicated to physical therapy and sports medicine. The transformation significantly enhances the Institute’s capacity to deliver innovative, patient-centered care while supporting the specialized needs of athletes and orthopedic patients.
ADG Engineering provided comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering design services for the renovation and expansion. ADG’s integrated engineering approach helped create a modern, high-performance healthcare environment designed to support advanced clinical services, rehabilitation, and the Institute’s continued growth.
