Technical Hurdles:The 625 Condominiums project involved delivering MEP/FP systems for a 13-story luxury high-rise featuring 39 residential units and 3 commercial units. The building’s amenities — including a private parking garage, fitness center, pool, sauna, three reception rooms with a catering kitchen, and a conference room — required tailored mechanical and electrical solutions for both residential comfort and commercial-grade performance. The challenge was to integrate high-end finishes and systems within a vertical structure while ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.
Logistical Constraints:Working within a high-rise environment in a dense urban setting required careful coordination of deliveries, equipment placement, and system routing. Mechanical and electrical systems had to be engineered to serve a wide range of spaces, from luxury residential units to high-use common areas, without compromising aesthetics. Fire protection systems were seamlessly integrated to cover all floors and amenities while meeting stringent code requirements.
