Technical Hurdles:Associated Design Group, Inc. was retained to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for the new elementary school campus at Episcopal School of Acadiana. The project was executed in two phases:

  • Phase I: A 22,000 square foot, two-story building housing the Chapel, Library, and multiple classrooms.
  • Phase II: A 34,000 square foot, two-story classroom building designed to accommodate the school’s growing enrollment.

Logistical Constraints:ADG provided complete HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Electrical system designs tailored to the educational environment. The systems were engineered to maximize comfort, safety, and efficiency while supporting the unique functional needs of both instructional and community spaces.
