Technical Hurdles:The La Rue France Office Building is a 20,000-square-foot, two-story commercial facility designed to support the operations of Leading Health Care of Louisiana. ADG provided full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) design services, ensuring the facility could accommodate administrative offices, multiple conference rooms, a large training room, and restrooms. The challenge was to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient building systems tailored for a professional office environment with long-term reliability.
Logistical Constraints:The project required precise coordination of high-efficiency VRF systems with a total cooling capacity of 94.5 tons, integrated fire protection systems, and comprehensive electrical and plumbing infrastructure. ADG’s design ensured seamless integration of building systems to meet code compliance, occupant comfort, and operational efficiency while supporting a modern, technology-driven workplace.
