The scope included full HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems designed to support a high-performance dining facility. The project featured a spacious commercial kitchen, expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas, and multiple bars, each requiring specialized coordination for ventilation, power distribution, and plumbing integration to accommodate high-capacity restaurant operations.
