Technical Hurdles:Associated Design Group, Inc. provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) design services for West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. The scope included critical infrastructure upgrades for patient care areas, surgical suites, diagnostic facilities, and support spaces. HVAC systems were modernized with new air handling units and chilled water distribution to maintain stable environmental controls. Electrical upgrades included improvements to the hospital’s power distribution system along with expanded emergency backup power to support continuous operations.
